Mining :
We have an experienced team of mining personnel who are guiding a highly technical job of underground mines development. Our Kunderkocha Mines was developed upto 6 levels and had a reached a depth of around 180 meters from surface. In Lawa underground mines, underground development/ tunneling of more than 1800 meters has been done till Dec 2021.
Geology :
Continuous geological evaluation of the deposit is integral to efficiently mine a deposit. Complex behavior of gold bearing lodes which is generally characterized by, regular swelling – pinching behavior, frequent folds and faults, changes in dip direction and low values - makes the job of geologists very difficult. We have an experienced consultant having vast field experience in the field of gold exploration who guides our in house team to continuously evaluate the deposit. We have 4 core drilling machines which are used - both for underground and surface core drilling activity at the mines site.
Fire Assay Laboratory:
Our laboratory is the key activity center of the project which help us to continuously test gold values in mines / core drill rock samples and also help monitor essential parameters of operating the beneficiation plant. We do fire assay analysis for gold which is considered to be the most reliable method for gold analysis. Our lab team has more than 17 years of experience in operating the fire assay laboratory.
Beneficiation Plant:
We have a fully equipped onsite beneficiation plant for recover for gold from the ore. The plant has a Crushing section, milling section and Carbon in Pulp section. We also have gravity separation equipments like Falcon Concentrators ( latest centrifuge technology – which operates at 200 G’s), wilfley tables and blanket tables.
Engineering Support Services:
Since the mines are located in remote locations, we maintain - on site mechanical and electrical engineering team to attend to the regular needs of the all the above departments. We have a fully functional onsite workshop to meet any urgent need at the project site.
